Get the protein employing a script (see attached python scripts. (scripts have been written by I believe James Thompson from the Baker lab and edited by me to operate with the Meiler lab configuration) The script cleans, renumbers, and eliminates a number of conformations of residues through the protein.?????????????????????????????????????????????
